UAE Embassy Attestation

UAE Embassy Attestation is a necessity to enter and work or reside in any part of the 7 Emirates; Abu Dhabi AUH, Ajman AJM, Dubai DXB, Fujairah FUJ, Ras Al Khaimah RAK, Sharjah SHJ, and Umm Al Quwain UAQ. UAE attestation is basically permission granted for an applicant to apply his/her skills for a work in UAE. In India, this process has other verification like Notary, Home Attestation and approval from Ministry of External Affairs. Except educational documents, other documents need to undergo very simple procedure. UAE embassy attestation is done normally on Degree certificates, Marriage certificates, Birth certificates, Death certificates, Commercial documents, Affidavits, etc. Once in UAE, dependent visas also can be applied to take family members for stay in UAE. From the beginning of 2014, UAE Embassy has been changing its attestation procedures to restrict unauthorized entry.

Attestation Procedure:

UAE Embassy Attestation has new rules regarding attestation of educational certificates, the procedure is below;

1. The normal process on non-educational certificates is;

a)    HRD(Mumbai Mantralaya)

b)    MEA(Delhi)

c)    UAE Embassy Attestation(Delhi)

2. For Educational certificate the process is;

a)    Local/home attestation on the convocation certificate (from the state where the certificate is issued)

b)    MEA(Delhi) on convocation
